Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages using Federal Express. See the table below for charges.

Shipping time varies depending upon your location. Because many of our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available.  These items may take longer to ship. We will contact you in the event of a delay. Some items ship directly from our vendors and usually arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order.

Delivery charges for orders shipped within the Continental United States will be automatically calculated when you proceed to checkout.

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped within the State of California.

Please Note: Because our products are shipped via Federal Express, we cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We do not ship internationally. 

Orders received after 12 Noon (PST) will be processed the following business day.  La Bella Fiona does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a refund (less the original shipping charge on all items). Returns postmarked after 10 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Shipping charges as listed above will apply to any returned orders. 

Please Note: 

  • Returned apparel and accessories must be free of defects, unworn and unwashed 
  • Personalized items cannot be returned
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Please retain original packaging for returns

Ship your return merchandise, including your name, address, zip code, and email. Also, include your packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive at our facility. All costs for returns shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please notify us at inquiry@labellafiona.com to advise us of your return merchandise. We will then email you the shipping address where to return the merchandise.

Shipping Errors & Damages

Please notify us within 48 hours by email at inquiry@labellafiona.com if the merchandise arrived damaged or if the wrong merchandise was shipped.

Typographical Errors

La Bella Fiona has the rights to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error.
